SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
1 can pineapple chunks (20 oz. drained)
1 1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
4 med. carrots, sliced
1/2 c. bell pepper chunks
2 tbsp. oil
Pork chops

Mix all ingredients together and heat. Brown pork chops. Place in pan and spread mixture over pork chops. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
