SWEET PEA SALAD 
1 can sweet peas (16 oz.) (2 tbsp. liquid)
2 hard boil eggs
1 sm. onion, diced
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
Celery salt, if desired
1 med. shredded carrot
Sweet pickles with 1 tsp. juice
1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients and chill slightly. Serves 6.
