COWBOY STEW 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can corn
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can chili with beans
1 sm. onion

Brown ground beef and onions; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Stew for 20 minutes. Serve with hot corn bread.
