SKILLET CHILI 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, diced
1 tbsp. oil
32 oz. diced tomatoes
16 oz. can kidney beans
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. chili powder

In 12-inch skillet, heat oil and stir in diced onion; cook until tender. Brown hamburger and drain off grease. Add canned diced tomatoes, kidney beans, salt and chili powder. Cook about 30 minutes on medium heat.
