DIET CAKE 
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
3 tbsp. sprinkle sweet or 3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 egg
1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. dates, chopped
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Place all dry ingredients in sifter and sift together. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
