WATERGATE CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 box instant pistachio pudding
1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 c. club soda or ginger ale
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Cake: Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan (greased). Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 box pistachio pudding
1 1/4 c. milk

Whip pudding and milk; blend in Cool Whip and spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate before serving.
