CAKE:

1 pkg. Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio Royal pudding
1 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. chopped black walnuts
3 eggs
1 c. Club soda

Mix cake mix and pudding together. Add eggs, oil, and Club soda. Mix all together for 4 minutes at medium speed. Add nuts. Beat a little longer. Bake 40-45 minutes at temperature directed on box. Let cool.

ICING:

1 (11 oz.) pkg. Dream Whip (2 env.)
1 1/4 c. cold milk
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding

Blend Dream Whip and milk. Beat at high speed to peaks. Gradually add pudding. Beat until light and fluffy.
