SUNSHINE CAKE 
9 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cold water
1 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
1 tsp. vanilla
9 egg whites
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Mix together first 5 ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat the 9 egg whites until frothy. Add 1 teaspoon cream of tartar. Beat until stands in stiff peaks. Fold egg whites into first batter. Bake in 350 degree oven approximately 1 hour or until it springs back when touched lightly. (This is an angel food type cake, but the yolks are used.) Frost with butter cream frosting or a cooked white frosting.
