PEAR RELISH 
13 lbs. pears (firm)
6 hot peppers
14 bell peppers
12 lg. onions

Grind in food chopper and drain for 2 hours.

3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. table salt
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 qt. vinegar
1 tbsp. celery seed
Dash of turmeric

Boil mixture for 3 minutes; add drained pears and vegetables. Boil hard for 15 minutes. Pack in sterile jars; seal. This is an excellent relish with meats and vegetables.
