GRAY'S FAMOUS BAR-B-QUE RECIPES 
SAUCE (Makes 3 gallons) :
3/4 lb. chili powder
6 oz. red pepper
2 oz. paprika
1 oz. cinnamon
1 3/4 c. sugar
14 oz. salt
48 oz. mustard
1 1/2 gal. vinegar
6 oz. Worcestershire sauce

GRAVY (Makes 10 quarts) :
1 lb. flour
1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mix with enough water to make a medium thin batter. 2 gallons rich beef broth (let come to a boil). Add flour slowly and stir. 1/2 cup salt and enough burnt sugar to color and flavor (keep this hot but not boiling).

BEANS:

4 cans beans
2 c. onions
2 c. bell peppers
2/3 c. sauce
2/3 c. catsup
2/3 c. liquid smoke
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. garlic salt
Caramel coloring

Cook 1 hour in hot oven.

Chopped beef. Mixture of sauce, catsup, garlic powder and broth on chopped beef.
