CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. chop suey meat
1 c. water
1 med. onion, diced
Chow mein noodles
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 c. celery, diced

Brown meat in large pan. Add water and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Add celery, onion and bean sprouts. Cover and cook until celery is softened. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Mix up a white sauce for thickening. Stir into chop suey. Serve on chow mein noodles with minute rice. Cook minute rice as directed. Rice may be mixed with chop suey or served separately.
