1 or 2 frozen chicken thighs, breasts or smoked turkey or other bird meat 1 or 2 pkgs. raman 1/2 or 1 frozen pack vegetables (up to 16 oz.) Defrost meat in microwave, slice thin. Cook at 350 degrees. Add 1/2 cup water, remove meat when dry and boil 1-1/2 cups water for raman. Cook raman until wok is dry again adding 1/2 of raman flavor pack. Remove raman and fry the frozen veggies at 350 degrees until steam pours out from under the wok lid. Combine all with remaining flavor packet and serve. |
