STIR FRY 
1 or 2 frozen chicken thighs, breasts or smoked turkey or other bird meat
1 or 2 pkgs. raman
1/2 or 1 frozen pack vegetables (up to 16 oz.)

Defrost meat in microwave, slice thin.

Cook at 350 degrees. Add 1/2 cup water, remove meat when dry and boil 1-1/2 cups water for raman. Cook raman until wok is dry again adding 1/2 of raman flavor pack.

Remove raman and fry the frozen veggies at 350 degrees until steam pours out from under the wok lid.

Combine all with remaining flavor packet and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
