3 oz. pkg. chocolate cook & serve pudding (not instant)
2 c. milk
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 c. chocolate chips

Combine pudding and milk in pan. Slowly bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir frequently. Remove from heat and mix in dry cake mix. Stir well and pour into greased and floured 9 x 12 inch cake pan. Sprinkle on chocolate chips and nuts as desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into bars or squares as desired.
