GRAMMA'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
8 chicken breasts (or other chicken pieces)
1 c. celery, sliced
1 sm. can water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. broth (drippings from pan)
1 sm. can Chinese noodles
1/2 c. sliced almonds
Sm. bottle soy sauce

Bake chicken 1 hour at 350 degrees (without salt), pouring 1 cup white wine over, if desired. Cut up chicken into small pieces; add celery, water chestnuts, onion, soup, and broth (adding water if necessary to make 1 cup).

Mix together and freeze or refrigerate as you wish. Just before baking, add Chinese noodles and 1/2 cup almonds. Bake at 350 degrees about 50 minutes (or 1 hour if it has been frozen or refrigerated).
