CHERRY DELIGHT | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (8 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1/3 box graham crackers (1 packet) 1/4 c. butter, melted With mixer in large bowl, blend cream cheese until fluffy. Add lemon juice, vanilla, and sweetened milk; blend. Prepare graham cracker crust by crushing graham crackers and blending with butter, then pressing into 8 or 9 inch pie pan. Fill crust with cream cheese mixture. Add cherry pie filling. Cover and refrigerate. Serve after chilling about 3 hours. |
