1 lb. hamburger meat 2 med. onions, diced 2 bell peppers, diced 1 can mushrooms (optional) 1 can tomato paste 1 can tomatoes (#1) 1/2 can water (paste can) Salt and pepper 16 oz. noodles Cook pepper and onions in hot fat until done, but not brown. Brown meat. Combine ingredients along with tomatoes, paste and water. Cook over low heat 30 to 40 minutes. Add cooked noodles. Heat and serve. |
