STUFFED MACARONI 
1 lb. lg. macaroni shells
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
1 lb. hamburg
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook shells half time suggested on box; drain and cool. Mix meats, crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. If using link sausage, remove from casing before mixing. Coat bottom of casserole dish with sauce. Fill cooled shells with meat mixture and fill dish. Cover each layer with more sauce; finish with layer of sauce and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Use extra sauce as desired when ready to serve. If preferred, rigatoni can be stuffed instead of shells.
