1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed to resemble dirt
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. container of Cool Whip
1 pkg. gummy worms
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Pour 1/2 Oreo cookies on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix: Prepare vanilla pudding as directed on package and allow to set. Mix in cream cheese until smooth. Add Cool Whip and mix. Pour on Oreo crumbs in pan. Arrange gummy worms in pudding mixture leaving 3 or 4 for garnishing.

Sprinkle remaining Oreo crumbs on top of the pudding mixture completely covering the pudding to resemble dirt.

Garnish with 3 or 4 worms. Refrigerate for 3 or 4 hours. Have fun and enjoy!
