GOURMET VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 bunch raw broccoli (bite size chunks)
1 head cauliflower (bite size chunks)
1 pt. cherry tomatoes (halved)
2 red onions (sliced thin)
1 c. celery (sliced thin)
1 c. frozen peas (uncooked)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can button-type canned mushrooms
1 bottle Italian dressing
1 env. Good Seasonings dressing mix

Place vegetables in a large container with a cover. Mix together Italian dressing and dressing mix. Marinate vegetables with dressing mix for 12-24 hours. Rotate container several times. To serve, drain.
