CRAB PUFFS 
1 (3 oz.) can crabmeat (fresh is better)
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. of sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. of Zip seasoning *
1 can of flaky biscuits

*Zip seasoning is a medium hot combination of paprika, chili pepper, cumin, oregano, coriander, cayenne, and lemon seasonings.

Blend first five ingredients together. (Can prepare ahead of time and keep in refrigerator up to two days before.) Divide each biscuit into three layers. Spread each section with about a tablespoon of the crab mixture.

Bake at 375°F for 7-10 minutes. Will be puffed up and bubbly. Eat while hot!
