TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
Crushed corn flakes

Cook potatoes in microwave. Peel and grate the cooked potatoes. Combine melted butter, soup, and cheese. Fold the potatoes and sour cream into the soup mixture. Place in buttered baking dish and sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
