HARRIET JOHNSON'S GREEN
BEAN-CHICKEN CASSEROLE
 
3 whole chicken breasts, cooked
1 (15 oz.) bag frozen, French cut green beans
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 box Stove Top stuffing, chicken flavor

Cook chicken, cut in bite size pieces. In ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan, layer beans (still frozen) and cooked chicken. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Mix stuffing using 3/4 cup water and one stick butter. Spoon lightly on top of other ingredients.

Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees and uncovered 15 minutes longer. Serves 4 to 6.

I always name recipes I receive from friends with the giver's name. Harriet was a quilting friend who shared this winner. It's earned enormous popularity with several central office employees who've tried it.
