SHAWNNA'S CINNAMON BREAD 
3 cans buttermilk biscuits (10 to can)
1 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
Pecans (optional)

Cut each biscuit into quarters with scissors. Shake pieces in bag with sugar and cinnamon. Layer biscuits in greased tube pan (not one with removable bottom). Sprinkle nuts, chopped, between layers, if desired. Combine brown sugar and butter; boil 1 minute. Pour over biscuits and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let stand in pan for 10 minutes.

To serve, just pinch off pieces and eat with fingers.
