CHOCOLATE NUT BROWNIES | |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips 1/4 c. butter 2 c. biscuit baking mix 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla 1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts In large pan melt 1 cup chocolate chips with butter on low heat. Remove from heat when melted and add biscuit mix, Eagle Brand milk, egg and vanilla. Stir in nuts and remaining chips. Turn into well greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brownies start to pull away from sides of dish. Cool and cut into bars. If using glass dish bake at 325 degrees or metal pan at 350 degrees. |
