In saucepan add butter, flour, salt and pepper on low heat, stir. Add milk slowly until a smooth cream. Set aside.

In frying pan cook bacon. Remove bacon; cool. Crumble. In grease cook chopped onions. Add onion bacon plus 2 tablespoons bacon. Grease to white sauce.
