CRISPY CUCUMBER AND ONION PICKLE 
Slice cucumber and onion. Place a layer of cucumbers and a layer of onion until jar is full. Pack tight.

SYRUP:

3 c. sugar
3 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed

Heat syrup, pour over cucumbers and onions. Put in refrigerator after jar has cooled. Ready to eat the next day.
