ALTA'S RUM BALLS 
3 (6 oz.) pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1/4 c. rum or 3 tsp. rum flavoring
Chopped nuts, coconut, sprinkles or colored sugar

In a heavy saucepan over low heat melt chocolate chips and milk. Remove from heat and stir in rum. Chill 2 hours until firm and roll in coating of your choice. Chill 1 hour before serving. Yield 6 dozen.
