SESAME SALAD DRESSING 
1 inch piece ginger
3 garlic cloves
1 c. oil
1 juice of lemon
2 tbsp. tahini
2 tbsp. tamari

Place ginger and garlic in blender. Cover with a little oil. Blend to a fine paste. Add rest of oil, lemon juice, tahini and tamari. Blend some more. Add more tahini for thicker dressing, if desired. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
