PISTACHIO CAKE | |
1 pkg. cake mix (white or yellow) 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding 3 whole eggs 1 c. oil 1 c. club soda or 7-Up 1/2 c. chopped nuts FROSTING: 1 pkg. pistachio pudding 1 c. cold milk 2 tbsp. lemon juice 9 oz. container Cool Whip Combine ingredients except nuts. Beat 4 minutes; add nuts. Bake in pan according to cake mix time and temperature. Combine frosting ingredients; beat for 2 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread; refrigerate. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees according to cake mix. Serves 12. |
