ONE POT STEAK DINNER 
1 1/2 lbs. round steak
2 med. sized onions
8 or 10 carrots
6-8 potatoes
1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
2 c. water
Salt and pepper

Cut steak into small serving size pieces. Pound and braise on both sides until brown. Add water, cut up carrots and onions; simmer 15 minutes. Add potatoes and cook slowly until done. Ten minutes before serving, add soup and allow to simmer slowly. Can be prepared in one hour.
