1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
2 scallions, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix

Blend all ingredients well. Chill 4-5 hours. Great with bread.
