CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cooked and deboned
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 heaping c. Minute Rice (uncooked)
1 pkg. Birds Eye vegetables (baby carrots, broccoli and water chestnuts), cooked
in microwave 1/2 time to thaw
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom sup
1 soup can size chicken broth
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or seasoned bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together all but last ingredient. Place in 9x13 pan and top with cheese or bread crumbs. Bake for 1 hour covered loosely with foil.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
