STRAWBERRY FLIP 
1 1/2 c. whipped cream
1 egg
3/4 c. canned or cooked strawberries
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. milk
1/2 pt. vanilla ice cream

In a chilled bowl, whip cream with mixer until it will hold soft peaks; set aside. Put egg, strawberries, sugar and milk in blender; cover and run on high until very smooth. Pour carefully over whipped cream and gently fold together. Pour into 6 glasses; top each with a scoop of ice cream.
