1 pkg. sm. flour tortillas
Pie filling mix of your choice
Crisco cooking oil

Place 1 tablespoon of pie filling in center of tortilla. Roll 1 time, fold end in and finish rolling. Cook over oil until brown on each side. Start with seam down.
