CRANBERRY BRUNCH CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 1/2.c sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. halved cranberries
3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, while mixing. Add milk and vanilla. Fold in flour, cranberries and nuts. Pour into tube pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
