SPAGHETTI MEAT SAUCE 
3 lb. ground chuck
5 med. onions, chopped
3 lg. cans tomato paste
6 lg. cans tomatoes, blended
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. oregano (more, if needed)
1 tsp. pepper
3 or 4 bay leaves
8 cloves garlic
3 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. celery salt

Add pork neck bones or spare ribs. Simmer 3 hours. Makes a big batch.
