CRACKER SALAD 
2 tomatoes
2 cucumbers
1 red onion
1 bell pepper
3 sleeves Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 (8 oz.) bottle Ranch dressing
1 c. mayonnaise
pepper to taste

Dice all vegetables very finely. Place 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread onion and bell pepper over layer of Ritz. Top with mayonnaise. Spread the other sleeve of Ritz over mayonnaise. Top with tomatoes and cucumbers. Pour bottle of salad dressing over vegetables. Finish with final sleeve of Ritz crackers. Chill and serve.
