HERSHEY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 stick butter (1/2 stick butter + 1/2 stick butter)
1 c. sugar
4 whole eggs
1 c. self-rising flour
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter with sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in 9"x13" pan.

ICING:

1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter (1/2 stick butter + 1/2 stick butter)
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Boil milk, sugar and butter 3 to 5 minutes; remove from heat and add chocolate. Garnish with pecans.
