GROUND MACARONI DISH 
1 1/2 c. raw macaroni
1/2 green pepper
1/2 can pimento
1 med. onion
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook macaroni (not too soft); cool. Grind with green pepper, pimento, onion and cheese. Soak bread crumbs in milk. Beat eggs and add to bread and milk. Fold into macaroni mixture. Put in greased pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serve with 1 can hot cream of mushroom soup if desired. Serves 8.
