SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked squash
1 egg
1/4 c. melted butter
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 cream of chicken soup
2 med. chopped onions
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix squash, egg, soup, onion, sour cream, half of cheese. Mix butter and stuffing together. Put half of stuffing in mixture. Put into casserole dish, cook at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Then put rest of stuffing on top and cook 15 minutes more. Remove from oven and sprinkle the rest of cheese on top.
