COBB SALAD 
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 head red leaf lettuce
1 head Romaine
2 whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts, halved
1 avocado
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine
5 plum tomatoes, chopped fine
6 slices of bacon, cooked, drained & crumbled

In bowl combine greens and set aside. Simmer chicken in salted water for 20 minutes, remove and pat dry. Dice. Peel, pit and dice avocado. Arrange greens on a large platter. Arrange chicken, avocado, eggs, tomatoes, bacon on top in spoke fashion. Serve with Ranch style dressing.
