COBB SALAD POCKET 
2 tbsp. plain low fat yogurt
1/4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1 3/4 oz. diced cooked chicken
1/8 med. avocado (about 1 oz.), pared and diced
1/4 med. tomato, chopped
1 tsp. imitation bacon bits
Dash pepper
1 oz. pita
1/4 c. shredded iceberg lettuce

In small mixing bowl combine yogurt and blue cheese; mix well. Add chicken, avocado, tomato, bacon bits and pepper stir to coat. Using a sharp knife, cut halfway around edge of pita; open to form pocket. Fill pita with chicken mixture and lettuce.
