SIMPLE STIRFRY 
2 c. ham or chicken cubes (leftovers work great!)
2 c. cooked white rice
1 sm. can of pineapple chunks
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Scallions or garlic
Soy sauce
Teriyaki sauce

1. Heat oil in large skillet or wok. Add scallions or garlic if desired.

2. Add ham or chicken until well heated.

3. Add generous equal amounts of soy sand teriyaki sauces. Continue to stir meat.

4. Add rice and pineapple, stirring constantly until well heated. If desired add peas, bell peppers or snow peas.
