SMALL CHESS CAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Pour mixture into paper cupcake lined muffin tins about 3/4 full. Bake 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Will fall in middle. Let cool.

TOP:

1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Put fruit pie filling over top and bake 5 minutes at 300 degrees. Cool.
