1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar (3 c.)
2 eggs

Melt butter; mix with eggs and cake mix. Press into 13 x 9 inch pan. Soften cream cheese and mix with sugar and eggs. Pour over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
