1 can cherry pie filling
1 lg. carton Cool Whip (8 oz.)
1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 can fruit cocktail, drain
1 can crushed pineapple, drain
1 can mandarin oranges, drain
2/3 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Cool 3-4 hours. This salad will freeze well.
