PUNCH FOR 100 
4 cans pineapple juice
3 qts. (2 liter) ginger ale
3 c. sugar
1 bottle Real Lemon
4 boxes (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
8 c. water

Bring 8 cups water to boil and dissolve Jello and sugar. Let cool. Add lemon juice and pineapple juice. Stir. Just before serving add the ginger ale (Sprite or 7-Up). This may be made brighter red by using few drops of food coloring.

Substitute lemon or apple Jello for a clear punch.
