MOM'S CHEESE COFFEE CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 egg yolks
1 c. butter
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
16 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 egg white
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Mix first 5 ingredients. Dissolve yeast in warm water, let stand 3-5 minutes. Add and mix well. Refrigerate 2 hours.

Beat together cream cheese, sugar and egg yolk until smooth. Divide dough into 4. Roll out and press 2 pieces of dough into 10x15 inch greased pan. Cover with filling, leaving edges.

Top with 2 pieces of rolled out dough. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Drizzle with confectioners' sugar icing.
