CHEESE DANISH 
2 packs crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, separate yolk & white

Spread 1 roll crescent roll in 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Then mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk with a mixer. Save egg white for later. Spread mixture on crescent rolls. Put second pack of crescent on top of mixture. Spread egg white on top of rolls with brush. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
