LENTIL SOUP 
1 box lentils
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
2 potatoes, diced
1 c. celery, diced
3/4 c. oil
1 onion, diced
3 carrots, diced
Salt and pepper to taste

Dice all vegetables. Look over lentils take out stones and wash. Put in large pan 1/2 filled with water. Put all other ingredients in pan. Cover and cook slowly, approximately 1 1/2 hours until vegetables are tender.
